Featured Work

Selected frameworks, tools, protocols, and examples showing how ideas are translated into practical systems.

Featured Work

Selected Work That Reflects How I Lead, Design, and Improve.

This collection highlights selected frameworks, tools, professional learning resources,
and implementation supports that reflect my approach to clarity, capacity building,
systems development, evidence use, and continuous improvement.

The Work Behind the Work

Many of the resources I create begin with a practical problem:
people need greater clarity, a stronger process, a shared structure,
or a more usable way to move from information to action.

The examples below were selected because they illustrate how I translate complex ideas
into practical systems that educators and leaders can use in real settings.

Featured Work • Instruction & Implementation

Small Group Instruction Launch Framework

This resource grew from supporting teachers who needed more than information about small-group instruction. They needed a practical way to organize and gradually put the work into practice.

The launch provides a structured process for introducing routines, organization, expectations, and instructional practices over time. I have used this approach in both mathematics and ELA and across multiple schools.

The Need Behind the Tool

The challenge was not simply knowing what small-group instruction was. The challenge was helping teachers establish the structures needed to make it manageable and implement it consistently.

Original & Collaborative Work • Organizational Clarity & Culture

Culture & PBIS Guide

This work brings together structures, tools, and resources designed to help schools strengthen culture, clarify expectations, and create greater consistency in the implementation of positive behavior supports.

I developed much of the structure and supporting resources represented in this work. The larger collection also includes collaborative contributions and selected resources developed by peers.

What the Work Addresses

The work connects organizational clarity, shared expectations, communication, practical resources, and implementation support to the larger work of strengthening school culture.

Original & Collaborative Work • Instructional Practice

Rigor Observation & Instructional Support

This work was developed to strengthen shared understanding of rigor and help leaders and educators examine what rigorous instructional practice looks like in classrooms.

I developed and expanded much of the structure connecting standards, lesson context, expected evidence, classroom observation, evidence collection, debriefing, and instructional follow-up. The larger body of work also includes collaborative contributions and selected resources developed by peers.

What the Work Addresses

The work connects shared expectations, classroom observation, evidence collection, professional dialogue, and targeted instructional support into a more coherent process.
